Also included is an on-line TextWare Manual on TextWare 
and its features:              _TEXTWARE_MANL.CTL.

Simply double click on one of the "*.CTL" files to startup
TextWare.

Once in TextWare you can page through the books using
COMMAND '=' and COMMAND '-' to page forwards or backwards 
through the text (each page is referred to as a CARD).
Searches are started using COMMAND 's', a sample search might
be "QUAYLE" (omit quotes) in the Congressional Directory.
The result of any search is a "Hit List" -- a list of CARDS
that have the searched for text. Double click on any 
"Hit List" item to go to that CARD.
All the books have a table of contents on CARD 2, use the 
COMMAND 'g' command to skip to any page or CARD.
